The powerful new software module, ROI Charge Back, is designed to function hand-in-hand with ROI Print Manager software, ROI Charge Back has the ability for users to enter a client number and project code for project or document bill back.

Each user receives a pop-up where they can input a client number and project code. This information is stored along with all other print related information. Reports can be generated to show users and their project codes along with their login details. Reports can also show how many of these projects were printed in color or black and white and how many pages/copies were printed.
