How it works

Get the app: From your app store download the ROI Mobile Print application.

Get the Server Software: From the link below download the server software.

Workflow:

1. a. From your computer - select the ROI Mobile Print Driver then click print.

b. From your mobile device - select the email and attachment you wish to print. Forward the email to xxxx@xxxx.com

2. Your print job is held at the ROI Mobile Print Server.

3. Make sure your mobile device has access to the company's wireless network.

4. Walk to any printer that is connected to the network.

5. Locate the QR code.

6. Click on the ROI Mobile Print App - select scan.

7. Now scan the QR code.

8. Your print jobs will know be displayed on your mobile device.

9. Select the job you wish to print and press the print icon.

10. Your job will now print.

11. ROI Mobile Print keeps your documents at the server for a designated time. You can reprint jobs or delete them from the ROI Mobile Print Server from your mobile device.
