ROI Bill Back

ROI Bill Back is the software feature of choice when implementing a document billing program. Users are presented with a pop-up each time they print which requests a project or job code. Users then have the option of personal printing, non-billable or chargeable printing. The pop-up is completely customizable to your needs and can include a company logo or other wording.

ROI Bill Back captures all printing from the desktop including network and local printing. Printing activity is reported back to a central database and can then be extracted for importing into company billing systems.

ROI Bill Back does not require any network reconfiguration so the software is easy to install and implement company-wide. Project and job codes are resident on users computers therefore no authentication with a central server is needed. Codes can be added or deleted and automatically updated network wide.
